Not ever dealing with the worst airline in history again, PRICELESS.

There are many things about air travel today that an airline is obviously unable to control. The fact that TSA in LaGuardia would not allow me to carry on a small snow globe I bought for my daughter is one of them. (Don’t get me started on the fact that I was able to carry the snow globe on at Ronald Reagan National Airport in DC – presumably a major target for terrorists, and the fact that the liquid in the snow globe was less than the 4 ounces of shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, shaving cream, hand lotion, etc. that I was also carrying on.)

But the inability of the US Airways agent – whose supervisor claimed it was not unwillingness – to waive the $15 checked bag fee despite the cost and inconvenience the airline already caused me is something that the airline can control. Having to throw away the snow globe for my daughter – there was no way in hell that I was giving another penny to your airline – added insult to the injury I had already experienced, and is something I will not soon forget.
